I use Nik’s
Monday Morning filter in Color Efex Pro a lot. Often I combine
the grain and smear to enhance portraits of moms with babies and even
use it on some of my high school senior sessions. It also helps to
build an almost emotional appeal |

The Indian
Summer filter extends my fall shooting season by literally allowing
me to paint fall into my portraits. It also works great for painting
warmth into the cool mornings when I have an early session. The Skylight
filter is another of my favorites because of it's warming capabilities.
Working with opacity of the Skylight filter layer in Photoshop and
in the selective mode allows me to place the warmth again, right where
I want it. An
invaluable tool. |
