The Settings Button provides access to adjusting the preferences of the application. The preferences are separated into different sections. Clicking on the header opens that section and provides access to the settings available.
Default Language: Sets the language displayed within the interface.
Default Preview Mode: Sets which preview mode is used when the filter interface is opened. Choose between Single View Preview, Split Preview, Side-by-Side Preview, or Use Last Settings.
Default Background Color: Sets the background color displayed when the filter interface is opened.
Default Zoom State: Sets the default zoom when the filter interface is opened.
After Clicking OK (Photoshop only): Determines whether to apply the filtered effect to a new layer or the current layer.
Software Update Interval: Determines the frequency that the software checks for updates.
Check for Updates Now Button: Forces the software to check if an updated version is available for download.
Enable GPU Processing: Only available on systems whose graphics card meets the minimum requirements. This check box determines whether or not to utilize the graphics card’s processor to supplement the CPU while processing the image. This can provide faster processing and more CPU resources for other concurrent tasks.
