The Fog filters create the appearance of fog within any image;
similar to conventional glass Fog filters. Conventional Fog filters
are typically very strong diffusion or soft focus filters that photographers
use to create very soft images, or to emulate the appearance of
a haze and fog. With various adjustments, these filters can be used
selectively to produce a realistic, three-dimensional effect.
The Fog effect is available in the Fog filter, which applies the
effect to the entire image. The same Fog effect is available with
the Graduated Fog filter, which applies the effect to a user-defined
graduated portion of the image.
